Abraham Lincoln said, "Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other."

Because of where you are today, you know that success requires lots of hard work, determination, courage and faith. You know that even when you felt like it you would not and did not give up.

You kept going when less-committed people threw in the towel and quit. You believed in yourself and your mission when others did not. You stayed the course, focused on your purpose and did your best work.

You put in long hours studying, practicing your sport/craft and preparing the plan. You told yourself you can do it. You gave it your all and you never looked back.

You did it. You accomplished your goal. No matter the result if you did your best, you are a true winner.

Congratulate yourself. Celebrate your perseverance. This moment is worthy of recognition.
