Encouragement by Influence

Who in your circle of influence can you impact with a message of encouragement?
Who is the first person you see in the morning? Do they need a word of encouragement from you on this day? How exciting to realize you have power and can make a difference in their life. Every person with whom one comes in contact feels better or worse based on how others treat him.

The repercussions of one encouraging action can go around the world! Because you encourage someone, they encourage the next person and that person encourages the next person and so on...

When a person understands the power they have to impact another's life they are on their way to becoming a person of influence and encouragement. The first step is an awareness of other's feelings.

How about your children? And friends of your children, the checkout clerk, fellow workers. The corporate world drastically needs encouragement. In fact, everyone you meet needs encouragement.

"WE LIVE BY ENCOURAGEMENT AND WE DIE WITHOUT IT, SLOWLY, SADLY AND ANGRILY," says Celeste Holm. That statement challenges me to want to learn how to encourage every single person I meet. Learning how to encourage takes time, energy and knowing what makes people tick. You can do it. I can help.
