Encouraging Words That Make a Difference

How can a teacher or coach encourage students and players? What words should he/she say to help them reach their potential and win the game or do well on that test?

Here are some encouraging phrases that teachers actually said to students at Bremen High School to inspire them.

Keep your head up.
Focus on the team and not the mistake you just made.
Put it(the mistake)behind you.
I believe in you.
The team believes in you.
You can do this.
You've studied hard for this test. You are ready to take it.
Relax and think about the goals you set.
We've practiced this many times-now execute.
Hold your head high, no matter the outcome.
Be the best you can be.
Go for it.
Don't give up.

Don't ever ever give up!
